Let's Go To The Videotape

The National Football League has at times been merciless when it comes to meting out punishment to it's players and coaches deemed to have harmed the integrity of the League.  The League spares no expense to arrive at the correct punishment so it's hard for me to believe the NFL never saw  the video of Ray Rice knocking out his girlfriend.  But now it seems there is law enforcement proof the NFL had the video tape five months before the League's Commissioner handed Ray Rice a pathetic  two game suspension.
How many times have you heard the phrase "let's go to the videotape" used during a pre game or post game show?  Yet when it comes to the video of Mr. Rice cold conking his girlfriend inside an elevator then dragging her like a rag doll, the NFL wants you to excuse them because they had dollar signs in their eyes.  Whether this blindness was caused by willful negligence, dishonest or an accidental screw up we'll soon find out.  The former head of the FBI is now on the case and if there is one thing you can count on from the FBI,  sooner or later they always get their man.
