Invisible Clock
You can't wind it and you can't hear it tick but there is a genetically determined clock in all of us. Whether you are an early riser or a night owl, everyone has a rhythm they can't escape. Although I seem to preform better in the early part of the morning I wouldn't consider myself an early riser. Nor do I save the day's most important chores for the last part of the evening so guess I'm somewhere in between an early bird and a night owl. Several of the neighbors are ready to start their day before 5:30 AM every morning even though their schedule does not demand it Other people I know never go to bed before midnight. Being in between both of those I usually wake up about the time it gets daylight and start to wind down a few hours after the day turns to dark. An invisible clock seems to always be telling me it's time to get up or it's time to turn the lights off and wait for another day.
