I Demand A Refund

You probably received or bought something over the holidays that did not meet your satisfactions in one way or another.  I certainly did, so a trip to the store for a refund was in order.  Usually I don't have any problems when returning a product but that has not always been the case.  Different stores have different return policy's but they all have to accept returns because no return signs are against the law.  It's best to know each store's return policy before attempting any return whether you want a monetary refund or a product replacement.  Most store clerks don't know or even understand consumer rights so they will use some of the oldest tricks to deny your refund request.  They might try and push you off to the manufacture or tell you your product is not in it's original packaging.  Stand your ground, hold up the return line and ask for a manager.  If the store demands the receipt you don't have, show them a credit card statement or receipt number from an online order.  If you bought online, demand free shipping to return the product.  What ever the case when attempting a return, know your rights and don't leave the store until your satisfied.
