They Should Throw Away The Key

      The United States House of Representatives concluded the President was guilty.  It does not look like the outcome will be the same in the United States Senate so it looks as thou democracy will turn it's ugly head.   The Democrats should just get on with new business and let the criminal courts worry about Trump.    The criminal courts have a good case against the former President.  If direct punishment is in Trump's future It will make other politicians think twice before they engage  in such narcissist behaviour.   Some Republicans will tell you "If a President does it it's legal"  but I still say "no one is above the law".  Trump failed in the polls, he failed in the Electoral College and failed in 62 separate court cases trying to overturn the election.  Maybe that's enough misery but what he did on January 6th is a crime pure and simple.  He summoned a mob, assembled a mob and lit the flame.  For that democracy  should do it's job and throw away the key.
