Your slice is bigger than mine

Everyone knows the National Football League is full of tuf guys and the Cable TV companies are really Mafia fronts. But when either does not get it's way they turn into whiners. The fight between the two has gotten nasty and as a result millions of football fans are the losers. A lot of people in Austin were not able to watch the Cowboy-Packer game because of the NFL vs Time Warner pie eating contest. If you are a cable TV customer in Austin you had to look for a friend or neighbor with Satellite TV or be willing to tie yourself to a sports bar just so you could watch the game.
Can't we all get along? Isn't the pie big enough for everyone to have a piece? No I guess not. Greed is apart of everything and everyone. "Your piece is bigger than mine so I want a bigger piece". I don't give a crap about the NFL-Time Warner pie, I have been eating pudding for almost 25 years and I am just as satisfied. In the early 80's I canceled my cable TV and when the NFL was not on free over the air TV then I would listen to the game on the radio. Today I have a third choice that being a wireless high speed internet connection and with a little geek luck I'll watch the game on my laptop computer. If not then I will turn to the old standby I've used for live sporting events since I was ten years old and listen to the game on the radio. I do like pie but pudding will do just as nice. Sugar is Sugar so if I do not get to watch the game it will not bother me one bit.
