These Winds Have Blown Before

During 2003 the Bush administration used flawed intelligence to justify the invasion of Iraq.  Is it possible the same winds are blowing again?  It's hard for me to believe a bankrupt used car salesman from Corpus Christi Texas who was living in Round Rock Texas at the time of his arrest could be the master mind of a plan to kill the Saudi ambassador to Washington DC.  The United States government said the Iranian government was behind the plan.  This plot was so bizarre it's hard to believe it didn't come straight out of Hollywood.  Is the US government really trying to convince us that a man who could not even sell used cars was going to get a Mexican Drug Lord to kill a Saudi ambassador?  Oh by the way, the Mexican drug Lord just happened to be an informer working for the United States Drug Enforcement Administration.  It looks as though the Keystone Cops of Hollywood are back in action.
I can feel the winds blowing harder and harder.  Of course the Iranian government has denied  all accusation relating to this matter but the hawks of the United States Congress are clamoring for action and sooner or later a hawk always eats what it wants to.
