Joined At The Hip

When it comes to Republican policies, Mitt Romney and George Bush are very similar and that's what scares me so much.  George Bush inherited a country with a $200 billion surplus and by the time he left office eight years later  the country had a $400 billion deficit.  Romney's plan to save the economy is based on the same tax cuts for the rich and massive defense spending that Bush used to carve out a $400 billion hole in the economy.
The 2012 US Presidential election election is only a week away but the world has changed a lot since the election of George Bush in  2000.  Using the ideals of 2000 to confront the challenges in 2012 is not what the world's population needs,  much less what America's population needs.  By now it's fairly easy to tell I am an Obama supporter but if Mitt Romney's tax policy doesn't make you believe in the Joined At The Hip theory then I've got an Aircraft Carrier I'll sell you.  Just like Bush, Romney uses  massive military defense spending as the hallmark of a Republican get out of jail card.  They can stay in jail as far as I am concerned!  Reckless cowboy mentality looks no better in 2012 than it did in 2000.  It ballooned the deficit then and it will do the same thing again.  In today's economy this plan of action is not only dangerous but it is unaffordable.
If there is a difference between Bush and Romney can someone please point it out because they look like twins to me.  Wait a minute I just thought  of one!  Bush never said he would stop funding  PBS or Planned Parenthood  but that's only because George's wife was a librarian.  If Romney were to get his way,  canceling funding for Planned Parenthood  would only put more unattended children into the world and we all know how much librarians love heir Story Time.  No money for PBS, well lets  just say one giant yellow bird running around looking for something to eat is one to many.  Obama will feed that giant yellow bird and he will fund Planned Parenthood assuring  families  the Religious Right has no vote in the size of any family.  I don't buy the Republican plan to fix America. Cutting Planned Parenthood and PBS so the rich can get a huge tax cut and massive military defense spending when we are winding to wars that we have not even paid for yet is not only stupid it borders on insanity.
Joined at the hip, yes I think so.  Which leg is longer, Bush's or Romney's your guess is as good as mine but you can rest assured George pulled your leg and if Mitt get a chance he'll pull your leg just as hard if not harder.
