It's almost time to reset out clocks and in doing so we'll lose one hour. Most all of us are well versed in the unreal feeling associated with Daylight Saving Time. I don't know anyone including myself who gets the required seven hours of sleep night after night. So one less hour of sleep for one night on top of not very much sleep to begin with is not going to kill anybody.
For years I've questioned the necessity of this antiquated circadian rhythm shakeup. Changing the hands of a clock is easy but changing our body's clock is a whole different matter. Sleepyheads need to unite and put an end to the foolishness of Daylight Saving Time once and for all. There is no denying Daylight Saving Time has become increasingly insignificant. A century ago we didn't have data to tell us whether Daylight Saving Time made any difference, now we know better.
