Water

     We have had one of the wettest Mays in Central Texas in a long time.  It seemed to rain almost every day his month.  Water is the best thing your body consumes so the more rain filling up our reservoirs the more drinking water for everyone.   The body needs water to survive but we tend to not think about water until  a prolong  drought hits  or a massive rain event causes floods in the area we call home.  Water cushions our joints, protects our brains, regulates body temperature, and  removes waste.  The old standard of consuming  eight glasses of water a day seems like a lot to me but I actually drink more that that on most days.  Drinking water can literately make you feel better, sleep better and think clearer.  Let the rain come, it's good for us in more ways than one
