The Republican Party as we know it is being destroyed by Donald Trump and it's certain the GOP will never be the same again. No votes have been cast yet so such a bold statement may be out of line but I don't think I am overstating the Trump effect. The Reagan rhetoric we hear from the Republicans every election cycle has all but disappeared. Trump has tossed out the Party's conservative base like it was yesterday's trash. What Donald Trump has really done is to call out the GOP establishment, telling them they have no place in America. Appealing to the fears and resentments of the white working class will not win you a presidential election in today's America. Even worse is Mr Trump's appeal along cultural lines.
With the Nation's demographics changing faster than greased lighting there is a real good chance there may never be a Republican in the White House again. Mr Trump's voice is pure ugliness and anger but the GOP will still probably nominate him. Lets face the facts, the establishment has lost all control and that's a good thing, Trump or no Trump.
