The iPhone turned 10 years old yesterday. My how time flies. The iPhone went on sale June 29, 2007. In those ten years it has made Apple the most valuable company in the world Every once in a while, a product comes along that changes everything. The iPhone was one of those products. Even though it had a 3.5 inch screen that you almost had to squint to see, a battery only lasted eight hours, and only worked on the slower AT&T network, the phone sold 10 million units.
The newest iPhone is a lot different. It's screens is almost tablet size, the batteries over 24 hours and they will run on any network you heart desires or your pocketbook can afford. Every time a new iPhone is introduced it sells around 30 million units but Apple will never put any of my money in their pocket. Don't get me wrong, the iPhone is a wonderful product and I know lots of people who own one but spending around $1000 on a phone is and never will be on my bucket list. HAPPY BIRTHDAY iPHONE
