Happiness is a Frozen Treat

Ice cream, that frozen treat everyone loves.  Why buy a pint when you can buy a half gallon.  Milk, eggs, and sugar are really what ice cream is all about.  The brain does not want to think  about that because the words added calories are dirty words.  I'll admit those dirty words speak to me when a bowl of ice cream is setting in front of me.  It's not until I have a hard time buttoning my pants do those words ring true.  Saturated fat, I don't want to hear it.  Give me an extra scoop.
There are suppose to be healthy alternatives but I haven't found them.  Diet ice cream is still milk eggs sugar and saturated fat no matter how many times they call it low sugar delight.  That leaves frozen yogurt which is what I eat these days. Somehow I've convinced myself that frozen yogurt is much better for the body than ice cream.  In reality, the only good thing about sugar and saturated fat is the portion size your willing to live with.
Whether it's a pint of Blue Bell or a sixteen once cup of frozen yogurt from Sam's, milk, sugar, eggs and saturated fat is a frozen treat I'm not willing to give up.
