Sleeping Your Life Away

     Are you a night owl or up at the Crack of Dawn?  The people who study sleep for a living say you need seven hours a sleep a night.  Most of us don't get seven hours of sleep and we are far from perfect sleepers
     The older I get the earlier I go to sleep.  Going to sleep each night at 10 PM has really increased the amount of sleep I get each night.  Now if  I  could only control  the time I wake up each morning and the number of time I wake up during the night.
     Sleep is meant to be flexible and variable.  If we all went to sleep at 10 PM and awoke at 7 P
AM the world would be a pretty dull place and probably would not function very well.  So grab the ZZZZ's when ever and where ever you can.
