Get your Flu Shot
If I've heard it once I've heard it a thousand times "I never get a flu shot" and "I never get the flu". Well if you are not going to do it for yourself then do it for the children and elderly. Influenza, commonly called the flu spreads easily. You can catch it from someone who coughs, sneezes, or even talks to you from up to six feet away. You can infect others a day before you show any symptoms and up to a week after becoming sick. Most years almost 60,000 people die from the flu, don't be stupid and become a statistic. Federal law requires flu shots be covered by insurance with no co pay or charge. Don't be selfish, get your flu shot this year so you can protect old farts like me.
