Millions of people are addicted to their morning cup of coffee, myself included. Health effects of coffee are pro and con depending who you talk to. Every time a study comes out professing coffee's good effects another study professes it's bad effects. I pay no attention to either but one thing is for real, caffeine dependency is real. I'm a caffeine addict I'll admit it but my behavior is not going to change. Giving up every worldly vice except caffeine and sugar sometimes makes the world a dull place but life must go on even in the dullest of moments.
Caffeine is just another food we consume. We never give much thought to it's consequences. Studies use to say eggs were bad for us now we have convinced ourselves eggs in moderation are a great source of protein. Who are we to believe, the coffee good guys or the coffee bad guys? Who really cares! I'll have another cup and make mine black and strong.
