Mayonnaise or Mustard

     When it comes to sandwiches and burgers I almost always slap on mustard instead of mayonnaise.  I will have to admit I use mayonnaise more than I used to.   Mayonnaise is one of the top selling condiments in America vs mustard which is way down the list.  If I have a choice it's always hold the mayo.  I don't hate the stuff but it just doesn't  go on burgers.  If your ever ask if you want mayo or mustard never say it does not matter because they will hit you with mayonnaise every time.  There are a few things the more mayo the merrier.  Tuna and chicken salad are fine with mayo but just about everything else slapped between two pieces of bread works better with mustard.
