He Lied And They Died

     The main job of a President is to protect and defend the citizens of the nation to which he serves.  For months President Trump lied about the severity of Covid-19 and that cost many thousand lives.  He has betrayed the American People and for that fact alone should at all cost never be elected to a second term.  In my opinion what he did was almost criminal.  He knew how deadly Covid-19 was and downplayed the pandemic even while it was ripping through the country.  I'll give a President lots of leeway but in matters of life and death he gets none.  The President's failure has not only cost thousand of live, it has sent the United States economy into a tailspin.  This is truly a dereliction  of duty.  I've said it before and will say it again "President Trump will go down in history as the worst  American President".
